Pretty ok, online version is problematic

Malux thoughts on Lime
Kommentit: LIME is supporting Malux to maintain a high level of internal and external customer service. Helps us save alot of time and not letting any case fall behind.

The customizable product, its owned and developed fully by the same people who sold it. Which can make all the diff when it comes to understanding and meet business needs.

The lack of a full experience mobile app. The poor integration with Office 365 and calendar synk. The file viewer gui is to elaborate, and missing preview functions for common formats.
Lime CRM as an adaptation

If and when everybody feels comfortable with working in Lime CRM then we can benefit from the system. We will have the transparecy and sharing of information. We can have customer plans that everybody are comitted to. We can have data as a support for decision making.
We are not there yet, but I feel that we are getting there.

First of all, Lime CRM is easy to use. It is is easy to get started and it is easy to select level of mandatory fields. In our organisation we try to keep the mandatory fields to a minimum in order to make it easy to create items and work in Lime CRM. And the quick search is absoulutely marvellous.

It is 2021 and still keep it as a desktop application feels a bit obsolete. It should be in the cloud.

Lime CRM for managing development projects in different countries
Kommentit: We can get reports of our data in more or less any format we want, at the same time as we have a user friendly system for our staff to work with.

Lime offered to build a portal for our member organisations, making it possible for us to cooperate and share information on multiple levels. We were in need of quite a lot of customization. The team at Lime was great to work with. They helped us sort out what is really important, and to break free from old habits in our old system.

As a non-profit organisation we have limited funds to keep developing the system. Lime did a really good job building a solution for us, but of course there are things we would like to keep developing.
Ease of use CRM system
Kommentit: I like that the new tab system allows me to find a lot of information about a specific person/company in a easy way. We are mostly using it for keeping track of possible leads and network possibilities we are slowly starting to realise the options for email integrations and what that can help us with.

I love that it is easy to use, that you can use it on any device and that it instantly merges with the other information on the plattform. Im looking forward to using the mail integration when we have set that up.

Im missing some of the features that are available on the desktop version (pc) that doesn't appear in the web based application. Such as possibility to export my previous events to a excel document.

This product is very easy to learn and use. It's a great way to organize and list one's clients. I love the integration we've recently made with GetAccept, an easy and professional way of sending out contracts with e-signature.

Flexible and easy to adjust to our changing needs
Kommentit: Control of our customers through all processes, from lead to on- and off boarding and managing the customer throughout the whole process. We manage tickets and document all communication with customers in one place, in Lime.

The reporting tool is hard to use and the new import function is not as good as the old one. It is hard to understand and not as flexible as the older version.

CRM gives you more efficiency in your daily work
Kommentit: Efficient tool to follow business and issues in all levels - partners, suppliers, customers - taking CRM in use has been really good decion. Pricing, volumes, contracts, meeting minutes, todos - all what a sales person could want to support the sales.

Kommentit: All customer relations, contacts and sales are in one place. Also good that all of our events and marketing is connected to each other.

Lime CRM is a relative easy product to use and navigate in. It's easy to integrate with third part systems.

Good software, but has some issues which has not been adressed for 2+ years

There's a bug that sometimes newly created object can't be found and therefore can't be added or dealt with. This disturbs the workflow as you have to wait for the next day or even later for it to appear.
Web client is convenient to use and possibilities on utililizing the CRM have grown among that.

What I like most as a developer is that Lime CRM can be adapted to the business. That it is possible to integrate Lime CRM with other systems such as financial systems. It is also very good that there are APIs that we can use against our self-built systems.

Although it is good that there are APIs and that Lime CRM is customizable, I miss more modern ways to build and customize the system. Everything from customizing fields to building templates.Also missing some functions via the APIs.
