Handy and helpfull...great tool for users and admins

Kommentit: Time saving and efficiency in providing the right feedbacks. Giving the chance to everybody to express their thanks and appreciation, via Kudos, towards their colleagues is a great plus and deffinetely a motivating tool. I really love all the features...and really hope we get to use it 100% in the near future.

It was a great asset to our company. After the first presentation I really loved the openness to solve any situation adapted to our profile. The fact that you see a company so flexible and willing to adapt to our needs was a big plus. The platform covers mostly everything related to personnel management for our head quarters and also for the other subsidiaries, which is so great for us. We are a big team...all togheter on Mirro, no matter what country we work from.

We had some aspects that needed improvement in the begining ...but they were solved very quickly.

Pretty good but still needs some work

Kommentit: I think it's definetly an upgrade over previous systems we've used in our company and I actually like it.

It offers most of the features our company needs. The public Timeline is a really good ideaa along with the kudos system.

It takes a while to get acustomed to all the features mirro has to offer, and the onboarding flow is easily skipable by mistake. There are other problems like text info sometimes not being clear enough but I'm sure they will fix those with time.

Good addition for every company

Pleasant and easy to use, switches promptly and quick between functions, nice design and useful features. I'm a big fan of the kudos function. Mirro makes our company feel strongly connected in pursuing our goals.

Wish we would be able to use it in English. I look forward to expanding the range of functionalities we use daily.

Kommentit: My over experience with Mirro is amazing. Tracking your performance year to date is awesome. Being able to track my performance by category. Giveback feedback to colleagues is great and simple. Plus, its affordable.

Mirro allows you to track your performance. Review and edits objectives. Receive supervisor feedback and also input feedback. It really helps me keep my goals on track. I love you can give feedback on other employees.

The tool you need for the Employee Performance

Kommentit: With its features: bringing the team together in providing feedback, recognizing and giving credit to each other for their impact on the business; allowing the HR team to manage some of their administrative tasks; this tool is a must have for every business.

The product is intuitive, user-friendly, it brings a positive impact to the idea of congratulating your colleagues for their contribution & efforts. I like the 'Give Kudos' feature the most.

Kommentit: I love this app, and I also like how fast your team answers when we have a problem we need to fix. Kudos for that!

The design is the best! It's very friendly and colorful, it keeps you in a good mood, and it's making me want to spend more time on the app! Another amazing thing is the fact that we can give each other kudos and feedback, it's very easy to use, and keeps the team engaged. A big plus for the GIFs, we use them all the time in the comment section!

As an admin, I feel like there is room for improvement in the next areas: - export payroll: the excel is great and it has a lot of useful information, but after I download it I have to manually make room to see the names or the days that our colleagues had paid vacation. I am mentioning this because Mirro got us used to a cute and cozy design, and when you download the export, it kinda lowers expectations. - some functionalities are a bit complicated to use: for example, as an admin, if I want to add extra free days, I have to make a lot of steps to make that happen. It would help if I could to that by 2 steps, 2 buttons. - also as an admin, I feel like it would be great to have a better view on the people who took the day off. Right now I have to check it, but maybe if there was a calendar on the right with the names of the people who have the day of, it would be great. - Kudos: this is the best feature, and we like to implement it more within the company, so it would help if we would have a database with specific numbers and dates for the Kudos given/received.

Mirro review

Kommentit: It's way way better than other products of the kind that we've used in the past. It has a straightforward interface and it's relatively easy to use.

Well - I really enjoy the fact that I can request feedback. It would, however, be more useful to actually get a follow up on those items - because I think they can easily be ignored atm.

I don't really appreciate the phrasing, to be honest. It just seem sort of like a kid that's trying too hard.

Great job in covering essentials

Kommentit: Feedbacks and leave requests are easier to do.

Keeping all work-related enquiries/documents under a single roof is a step forward in diminishing the time spent doing old style paperwork. I've mostly used feedback and leave request systems, never had a problem in understanding how they work, very intuitive designing overall.

Activity feed being spamed with work anniversaries of 7 days / 42 etc. Not sure if it's customisable by admins, in my opinion the minimum should be 3 months. Would love the ability to book half-a-day off.

A good product for companies, but also for employees

Mirro for team engagement

Kommentit: The problems that we want to solve are team engagement and HR digitalization.

Hyvät puolet:

The features that we use every day are Kudos and Reporting. We really like that is built around creating a culture of feedback and also the fact that we can link everything with our core values.

Huonot puolet:

The interface is a bit hard to use and it takes a bit of time to get used to it. Also, it would be great to have all the paperwork required by the Romanian law covered.

The best organizational software

It's like an internal social network. It's great that it has the feature to give kudos and appreciate the help of your colleagues

There were 2 or 3 situations when the platform had some glitches, but the customer support team is great and solved the issues pretty fast.

Easy to use | Playful | Colourful

A great way to stay in touch with your remote team. It is helping us to don't forget to say Kudos to the teammates and to ask for help when we are not in the office. User-friendly, easy to use, easy to find info and a great way to see them through the multitude of emoji / badges choices.

I wasn't part of the integration team, but I remember that our HR Manager was very happy about the choice and very fast she introduced us the new people management tool and also the diagrams in real time tool.

Mirro is a perfect tool for teams that are working remotely

Kommentit: It has made life easier than before my company used it, which is always a good thing.

I like the fact that it makes it easier to track/request your days off/flexi time, removes all the hassle of scheduling your vacation, you can see in the calendar when your colleagues have scheduled theirs. The performance review is also a great tool to track your progress, and get feedback from the people you work with. Another awesome thing is that you can see how your organization is structured in different departments and teams, especially for new people, making their onboarding easier.

Huonot puolet:

I feel like the UI is sometimes overly complicated, I think it should be a bit more streamlined in further iterations. Also it feels laggy in some sections. Also I am not a big fan of the social media aspect of it, but that's just personal preference.

Very satisfied with the application

Kommentit: Regarding the problems solved, I can say that it helps me to manage the timesheets for calculating the monthly salaries.
