Good solution for project management. There should be a feature to sort entries in the card by tag.

Kommentit: Ready-made templates are sufficient. However, integrations are a bit complicated. However, it is a platform where you can easily manage your projects or work with cards.

It is the right choice to run our internal projects, to run joint projects and to control the work we do together with the customer. Its usage, integration and user interface are quite good.

Color labels could be smaller. When you give 4-5 color labels to some works, horizontal rectangular color labels take up too much space. The most important deficiency in my opinion is this; each card has a sorting option, but it can only be sorted by name. It would be great if there was a sorting feature by color labels or label values. For example, we set price or download count as color labels. We should be able to sort by price or download count from the sorting options.

We love Trello

Good at being Kanban, Bad at Everything Else

Kommentit: Trello is good if you know you just want a Kanban board. Otherwise, alternatives will have better features, with Kanban as part of a broader project/task management approach.

I don't think that Kanban is a really good interface for project management. I wish that it had a greater variety of views, like lists and Gantt, that you need for larger projects. The use cases where Kanban alone is good enough is fairly small.

Trello as a second-brain platform

Kommentit: I have used Trello at many workplaces and environments and it has been found to help me be more effective at tracking my personal to-do lists as well as project-based tasks in addition to wider-ranging initiatives.

Trello - A simple and easy-to use project management tool

Kommentit: I've been using Trello for many years now as both a personal to-do list organizer and a project management tool with multiple contributors. I've stuck with it all this time despite the allure of alternatives because Trello is simple and very easy to use.

Very easy to organize tasks if using this software as a "to do" list. This is equally true when using Trello as a project management tool; it's easy to add members to cards and tasks. The interface is intuitive and easy to manage.

There are not a lot of negatives regarding Trello. It's the type of program in which you get out of it what you put into it. There are plenty of ways to customize the interface and power-ups to add more functionality, but I found many of them unnecessary; the basic set up works well and I prefer to keep it uncluttered.

For a free tool, what's not to like? 10/10 from me!

I have been using Trello for.about 5 years I love it I use it for managing ny freelance tasks and for my own personal and goal related task management. I love that it's simple to use and has loads of templates for keeping project organised.

Without upgrading, the max size of the attachments is 10 MB but I can use google drive links to biggers doc so this hasn't been so much of an issue.

Trello is like a real witheboard, but digital and powerful!!!

Kommentit: Because we are a company with employees in various parts of the world, effective and efficient communication is too necessary for us. Trello helps us designate tasks without have long meetings. I also see the progress of projects and who us working on which task. Whenever there is any progress on an assignment, I can move the card to another quadrant of the dashboard, so I know there has been a change. The truth is that Trello is a very flexible software and I can organize my ideas with it.

I can integrate functionality from other software into Trello, so I have everything important in one interface. Comments allow us to communicate very well, without the need for chats. Notifications are fast and the interface is very easy to read. The drag and drop functions are very fluid and make the functions very easy to use.

I think using the more complex functions are a bit more difficult to use. they are not necessary, really, but I wish they were more accessible.
