Kommentit: We have used Book Salon online booking system since its early days. It has been very easy to use, even I am bad with technical stuff. I believe that there are also many people in the customer base who do not deal with the internet on a daily basis, so there has also been a lot of positive feedback from customers also. Checkout is integrated with payment terminal and calendar, it works like a dream. It is easy for the entrepreneur in terms of accounting as well, when you can directly send everything to the accountant and you don't have to spend time with receipts which saves on paper receipts and time of checking receipts, etc. In a nutshell: easy to use, versatile, evolving. You can get help in problem situations quickly from the professional Book Salon team. The settlements comes to the account faster than when we used another service provider. Also, the number of checkout errors has dropped to zero even I work with 5 people in the same system. Can't say anything other than 100% recommendation from the bottom of my heart.

Kommentit: Love it. But definitely need reoccurring appointments. It’s the only let down for me at the moment.

Still no option for reoccurring appointments for regular weekly clients. Sometimes I find it difficult to find settings as they can be embedded inside in other settings etc.
