Every time we have had major issues with our server the staff have been prompt to help.
It's an incredibly easy system to understand and teach usage of to new staff

> Very Good over all I have used the system for 5 years now and have been incredibly happy with the depth of customizations that you can make to the platform.

The User Interface is friendly with the users.
The Customer Support is good.

> **Huonot puolet**: The IMO interface is not really good. Hard to modify and no diversity templates for choosing.
We can not build a report by our own.
